I also went for the "early bird Loyalist". I Don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask, but  since the "From Sea to Poisoned Sea" PDF comes with that. I was woundering if we can get a sneak peak as to what you have in mind for the North America, the Sollus and the forest Kin?  :)

Oh I really want to see them now. I have a vision in my mind of deer skin wearing neolitich tribes. Only with the odd shotgun or hunting rifle.
Think I might need to make a few log cabins or long houses for them. ::)
Now to get more info about N. America. Going to have to sale the idea to my buddies to get them to buy into it you know.

I would have loved to go in for the season pass, but this was an unexpected game to join.  Ive been chomping on at the bit for the Dwarven Forge cavern tiles, but I still managed to find some coins under the couch cushions for some PA Goodness!

The gangs look great and I'd really like to get that third gang as well!  The two sample corp troops are quite nice!

Hmn, now I've never been one for kickstarters, but I may go in with this one come payday. Perhaps already asked, but how long after the Kickstarter would things be going up for sale on your website? The planned size for each of the gangs is four models each or was it six, right? Being ignorant of these things, can we go in for say the "All the toys" pledge level, then in for a different pledge for each of the stretch goals (that is if they'll be available separately)? In the case that the stretch goal gangs are released independently from one another, how much would they cost each? ...Or would there be the option them all in together (as in a separate pledge level just containing the stretch goals, not the original run of models like the current Season Pass)? Oh, and in future do you intend to cast any of your models in resin? Not necessarily as part of this kickstarter mind. Personally metal's fine for me ...resin's just so nifty though. ^^'

Questions, questions, questions. ;)

Its difficult to gauge at this stage as they've not hit there target of 6'500 if they hit 8'000 then you'll see the State get made.

The Season pass as I see it you get all the stuff listed in the KS so far plus Stretch Goal one. Then anything made by them for the game up to the date specified you will receive after the KS. If it does well that could well be a lot of stuff :D

They have reached 66% of there target in the first day so lets hope it continues :)

I shall try my best to answer these but, I apologise, there are still unknowns. Asfter all, as well as everything is going, we AREN'T YET funded, in which case nothing gets made.

Nothing will be available to buy from us from the webstore until everything (excluding painted items and potentially some Stretches or add-ons) gets shipped to every last backer. It wouldn't be fair, or right, for someone who ahs backed months previously to get their stuff after anyone else. So if we don't get stuff sent out until October, which we've pout as our deadline, potentially nothing will be on general sale until late October or even November.

Gangs start as 4-6, yes, although you can re-inforce them from that. The two starter Gangs are 5 and 6 (as Crimson is a mercenary you can add her to any Gang or she could lead her own with other miniatures, perhaps). The State (stretch 1) will also be 5.

I can't say exactly how the stretch goals will work until we get there. With stretch goal 1 this will be automatically added at no extra cost to every pledge from Loyalist upwards, including the Season Passes (these are basically for everything we make between today and 2 years yesterday, so ANY stretch goal or add on is necessarily and automatically included in the Season Pass). Whether we will sell The State separately or with the other miniatures as a separate pledge I don't know...but I kid of feel we shouldn't as they should be a reward for the Loyalists and above. However, on any Kickstarter project you are free to change your pledge level at any time, so you could go for "All the Toys" now and simply change it to Loyalist should we hit the stretch, and you'd then get the 3 Gangs for £50 (possibly even £45 if there are still Early Birds) anyway...which isn't too shabby!

I'm personally not sold on resin, and I also think that purely in terms of the actual casts and not blowing our own trumpet at all, these white metal miniatures are fantastic quality. They're high tin content, low lead alloys which are beautifully crisp and have little to no mould lines or flash. Both The Artificer and the guy at the LGS said independently that they are up there in terms of the best available.
However, that's not to say we WON'T ever use resin, and, heck, if people want them I'll do a limited run, it's really no skin off my nose, although small runs work out pricier for the customer. We're going to see a lot of changes in the way that miniatures are made in the next few years, but I can't particularly see that we would ever do away with metal. I like my figs heavy.  :)
