LPC #84 The Watcher

"But the horror was not in the thing's form, despite being an aberration far beyond earthly nature. The horror emanated from the thing's single, massive eye-an eye that was the lone feature of the pendulous fleshy sack. There was no obvious mouth, ears or any other organ; simply an enormous, viscous eye that gazed directly at Chambers as if he were a specimen of marginal interest."

The Watcher from the Void, Eric Frank Silver, 1936

Fantastic picture! Love the luminous eye!

I don't think I have seen the miniature before, is it something of your creations?

I am indeed a party to this particular entity destined for the Strange Aeons oeuvre. Uncle Mike has been pondering some of the more obscure fringes of the esoteric and bizarre. I thought it best not to question his request for the sculpture in question.

LPC 85: Night Howler

Haven't got a clue whom to quote, but here he is:

West Wind Vampire Wars mini.

More pics on my blog, and colour breakdown to follow.

This concludes my participation in this club, as I have a kind of semi-pro commission inbound, and also have to start focussing on the preparations for my Attic Attack.

I'll be lurking behind that headstone over there, though!  ;)

Wow.

Great job on that eye, Bob.

They should change his name from "The Watcher" to "Teabag"

In any case, enjoying the last few entries...I can't get my Cthulu finished and be happy with the result so I am taking it easy for the moment....I may toss a small entry in towards the end.

Haha, I was going to do the Reaper Bones Cthulhu as well :)

Who am I fooling, I haven't started it yet so there's no way it will happen.

Great new entries!

I'm thinking we may need a "Show us your Cthulhu" thread after this is done, such that all the poor buggers who've been slaving away on one have somewhere to post a picture!

LPC 86 - Tsathoggua

"It’s from N’kai that frightful Tsathoggua came — you know, the amorphous, toad-like god-creature mentioned in the Pnakotic Manuscripts and the Necronomicon and the Commoriom myth-cycle preserved by the Atlantean high-priest Klarkash-Ton."
