A small update since patience to do anything is scarse.
Real life sometimes is ungratefull to our hobby.

2 new gangers. both are foundry models, one with a plastic warlord arm glued and another (ex-macedonian pikemen) with a warlord arm, west wind head (yes Eric, another) and a GS cloak.

Well, not exactly an update but more like a presentation of the distinction of 2 diferent gangs.
After a certain number of painted figures it comes to my mind that if i want to game with 2 diferent gangs i need to diferentiate them somehow and at the same time being abble to band them together in scenarios against law and order.
So i decided that there are 2 distinct gangs in this way. 1 is the cloacked ones and the other only with tunics.
Here are some pictures of the 2 gangs so far.

Really like how those cloaks came out.  a nice way to distinguish them, but not too different. So you can use them all together as a skirmish force, too.

an another way :

You can have the gang of the blue eyes guys and the brown eyes gang....but in the fight that'll be difficult....
 

A different basing can help you too, with a small difference like a small grass clump, for example.
If too many gangs, change the color of the grass.

Not much update but a fountain from italeri plus a roman for a statue and a tribune transformed with a diferent head and GS hair and neck.
