Bronze Age Vikings

For my Historicon scenario, I had some of the Bronze Age Vikings painted up by John Newman (Saintrigger). Here they are:

Nice minis. However - Bronze Age? The blades look rather more like steel to me. 
And of course Vikings are about 1500 years after the Bronze Age - ah, shoot, it's the Fantasy thread... Okay, Bronze Age Vikings now make a lot more sense...

There is a Yahoo Group for Bronze Age Minis.  There was much discussion on it a few months ago about how Vikings.  The sculptor (who is really the only person running the business) is very serious about historical accuracy and Viking reenactments.  There were some photos or links to photos of some reenactments.  It's probably worth checking out for people on this particular forum.

How many times have any of us read a subject line and thought one thing only to find out something else when we read the message. That's par for the course with forums. You have a limited amount of space and you put  a short snappy title in and people read to get the information.
