doing the deadzone.
« on: March 03, 2014, 10:20:05 PM »
So after much waiting, i finally got paid  the other day and immediately ran out and picked up a copy of deadzone.
opening the box was a fun experience, lots of sprues and baggies of miniatures, as well as a metal survivor miniature which i wasn't expecting.
Everything was well cast apart from 1 enforcer head, but there were enough in the box to have spares.
Today i had a crack at painting the modular terrain (which is great fun to play with).

Here's what i've just finished this evening.

More soon with better pictures once i get a new nozzle for my can of army painter.(20 empty spray cans and not one nozzle that fits an army painter can.)

never trust a horse, they make a commitment to shoes that no animal should make.

Thanks. It's just 5 minutes with a sponge. If i had more time I'd do an oil wash but honestly this terrain is nice enough with just a quick coat of paint.
