Chain of Command
« on: 13 March 2014, 05:20:01 PM »
Richard of Lardies fame popped by for a game of Chain of Command in the SCW. There is a report here.

Great game and the rules worked very well for SCW.

Indeed. Paul knows how to lay a table, that's for sure. A feast for the eyes.

Paul,

That’s one of the best tables I have seen for a while.  Thanks for posting.  Hope Rich continues with his plan to produce a Chain of Command Espania campaign supplement for his summer special.

Regards

Jim

That's a fantastic table, hoping to try out CoC in the near future, just need to get a few more figures painted up.

That looks fantastic, I'm inspired to make some buildings now. Does anybody have a good source for the roof tiles?

Too bloody right :(  It's very clear someone upstairs looks after Carlists! They did exactly the same in the game I played.... Perhaps it's the red berets?

Lesson nos 1 of SCW wargaming - don't fight Carlists with Anarcho-Syndicalist Militia. They use divine intervention :D

I take it that it was Viva El Cristo Rey! with some (divine intervention) good die rolling? Or did you put a cross wielding Priest and/or a religious icon in for good measure  :D

We pinned them down from one flank and they returned fire at that section whilst the other section went round the flank and charged in overwhelming numbers.

Killing spree all the way to the church. Pretty nasty to be honest.
