Cricket stumps
« on: 27 March 2014, 05:29:09 PM »
Just bought the Sloppy Jalopy cricket team - which is, incidentally, quite brilliant! Now want to pose them on a cricket pitch. Anyone got a suggestion as to how to make cricket stumps?

As mentioned, cocktail sticks, or if you want them a bit thinner thinner you could use some stiff plastic coated wire.  With some careful cutting of the plastic coating you could create some relief to model the shape of the bails, and put some grooves around the top end of the stumps?

Don't mention that please!! I'm now reduced to watching 20/20 and finding myself cheering England on after the trauma of the Ashes down under.... I don't even like 20/20 very much  lol.

Darrelll.
