Great. The idea of having to kill the wraiths seems a little far fetched but obviously makes for an interesting story. The usual problem of "how do I explain that despite losing the scenario we actually won (because that's the way the story went)". But that's okay, you gave a decent idea with Glorfindel and a bunch of knights arriving just as everything seemed lost. Well done!

Great batrep!

The fact that Good has to kill the Nazgul is bizarre to me. That's really got nothing to do with the scene in the book OR the movie. Still, it appears that it makes for a pretty interesting game, and that's probably the most important part.

Hi, thanks, glad you enjoyed it :-)

I think the requirement to kill the wraiths probably stems the fact that in the movie, they are all washed away in the flood of the Bruinen, and even in the books,  3 get washed away initially, and Aragorn, Glorfindel and the hobbits arrive carrying flaming brands and drive the other wraiths into the waters as well...

So I can see why there is the need to kill all the wraiths... to win the scenario

The only bit I was unsure about was the timing of releasing the flood and how to actually catch evil models by it???

You bring up a good point there. I would also think the flood should stick around more than just one turn... I would also think it should take two turns to get across the river, so there's actually a chance of catching them.

If the silly bint had parked the Ford closer she wouldn't have been in that mess to begin with.

The option would have been to make the river wider....
Or alter the river in the game;
As it stands at the start of the scenario the river ford is regular terrain (normal movement), until after the flood occurs at which point its difficult terrain and half pace to cross. Perhaps it should have been difficult terrain to start then very difficult after the flood?
