Hey guys.

I have an S&S models 28mm Land rover 110 soft top and would like to know how it compares to the 28mm Snatch Land rover and 28mm Jackal DPV MWMIK. Pictures would be great. It just putting it alongside an airfix snatch land rover it looks tiny. I know airfix are slightly bigger, but it dwarfs it.

1/60 and 1/48 is always going to be a vast gulf to bridge.

our land rover is approx 1/56th, the airfix land rovers are 1/48th so they are never gong to fit well together.
like using 15mm and 20mm in the same game.

Your match up swould be Sloppy Jalopy and Force of Arms vehicles. Kits as said would be much bigger. I also think but cant confirm that the vehicles sold thorugh Empress may be closer to 1/48 but may be wrong

The Imprint/Empress models are 1/50 so yes, closer to the Airfix 1/48.

the scales of the various models are:-
1/48 = 6.34mm = 1 foot
1/50 = 6.09mm = 1 foot
1/56 = 5.44mm = 1 foot
1/60 = 5.07mm = 1 foot
1/72 = 4.20mm = 1 foot
