Where did the statue come from?

Fantastic work!

I love how you did the vegetation on your ruins!

Care to give a quick description of how you did the plants and flowers?

Hello all

Alxbates, this is not an answer to your question but if you have chinese stores close to you search for aquarium plants. Usually you can find more jungle type plants to add to ruins or other structure and a few "european type" vegetation. :)

Good call Rumacara, I use that kind of stuff for my jungle terrain too, and it's usually pretty cheap to boot :)

For the ruin bases I used a combo of Woodland scenic scatter, scatter flowers, Noch static grass types, Hornby bush branches for the saplings and Army Painter flowers and grass tufts.

I find that just looking at pictures of nature on-line, or even just out the window(!) gives me heaps of inspiration for this stuff, mixing up multiple lengths and colours of flock in a natural looking way seems to work OK for the stuff I do :)

Cheers

Hello all

Thanks Hubminator.
It helps me a lot also to take photos of natural stuff like walls and fences.
Digital cameras are great for that.

Cheers
