Am I correct that the unpainted elf is to be Elric himself?
That is the plan. I have another, Hasslefree mini I will be using as a more fully armored Elric as well.

The new additions are WONDERFULLY imaginative & BEAUTIFULLY painted & based. Elric is going to be a STUNNING piece once complete...he's pretty impressive right now. VERY WELL DONE!

That's the one. The Elric player can only field him if he has played  the "Tanglebones is my Homeboy" card

Great project, I look forward to seeing it unfold. Interesting use of GW plastics for the Pan Tang chaps. I have a bundle of the old GW range somewhere which I liked because of their sea-themed armour (must wheel them out and get them daubed). Any thoughts for an Arioch figure? The old Grenadier Earth Elemental would be good for Grome.

I have a Reaper Grave Horror, which could come into play as Grome or an elemental. I've got some ideas for Arioch but nothing solid yet. He just needs to be so, very pretty.

Why are the Pan Tangians wearing tin foil hats?
Remember, remember, the Dalek December
With Paris in ruins and London in ember
In times of the future when fears are abating
Don’t try to forget them, the Daleks are waiting
Quietly planning and scheming and hating…

Nice project so far, and good choice of minis.
Though I don't like the Klocke sculpts that much...but still nice  :)

What rules will you use?

For the Convention game in May I'll most likely be using those excellent CROM! rules.

Worked on the Clakars. While waiting for the magic sculpt to set up on the flight bases I painted the Elric figure.

I think I'm going to put a gloss on the sword blade once the figure is sealed.

Most excellent. The colours work very well together.
