could someone tell me if this is the imperial flag from emperor meiji, I believe it was given to the Satsuma troops at the battle of Toba  Fushimi. Also, should i put a river and bridge on the table....hhhhmmmm

BTW, are you going to model the traditionally equipped shogunate forces too?

Thanks for the replies, i am planning on some shinzengumi to add to the shogunate force. I already have some samurai and might do a small unit of ashigaru with some head swaps . But what i have done so far will be the core units
