This is a very low-key Kickstarter, not a lot of comments from backers or creators. I was hoping to get the PDF building plans soon.

Yup, tried twice and gave up.  Since the guys seemed to have gone MIA, I guess I wont see anything from my pledge...

Yup, twice and gave up.  I sorta feel like I got hosed, but at least it was only 12 GBP...

They did get back in touch with me initially and resent me the Dropbox link though it didn't work so I emailed again. I haven't had a reply to that yet so I sent an email with my list in. I'm still hopeful that everything will get sorted. I don't get the impression. (not yet) that they are charlatans.

Don't forget, that this is a small company with less men-power. I wait since two month for my AlienvsPredator-Stuff and they are over the time. SPECTRE is in time, I think.

Sure, which means they may be in over their heads....  that's not a fraud, but a miscalulation.  Of course, we the customers pay for that mistake.  But let's see what happens, they SEEM to have a line made up already.

I've just been made aware of these comments. Please make sure you are sending emails to info@spectreminiatures.com. We are only waiting for about 10 feedback forms. If you have sent your backer form to this address we will have it - we havent sent confirmations out unless we have been asked to.

I think it is unfair to say that we haven't communicated with backers, we have posted updates regularly to keep everyone informed of what the progress is. Delivering pledges isnt expected until September remember and we are still on track for that.

We have just had the last of the master castings back from Griffin and the PMC technical has just been printed and delivered.

If you are still having trouble contacting us try through our Facebook page, or leaving a comment on the KS. Posting complaints on a forum isn't the best way to let us know of problems - we cannot check as often as we would like and we were only made aware of this by another backer who had contacted us through KS and FB.

Well, to be fair, after two failed attempts it's not really our responsibility as your customers to track you down and make excuses why you have not been available or returned messages.  This may sound harsh, but as a business you are expected to maintain a level of service once you have taken money.  This is all the more critical in a KS since there have been way too many dodgy companies and if you want to do this a second time, your first shot should be stellar.  I bought in to Zombicide 3 times because they kept in good communication and delivered on time. I hope you guys follow suit and have great success, so I hope you take my comments as constructive and in that vein.

That's more than a bit harsh. Bounced emails could be an ISP issue and they wouldn't know about it until someone contacted them via another channel.

In fairness I haven't been at all worried that I wouldn't get the figures.
