I received my parcel today - thank-you very much.
The figures are very good - even better than they look in the photographs.
The quality of the castings is superb.


The sapeur with the leopardskin jacket had broken off his base but I think I can easily fix him. (EDIT I have fixed him.)
I am a bit concerned about some of the gun barrels which appear to be quite delicate.
I will probably brace them with thin stiff wire and superglue to ensure that they stand up to play.

I received an SAS Recce patrol which was not on my list but is a nice set so a happy accident.
According to your note, there are a few items to follow.  I shall look forward to them - well done.

I got my stuff last night.



I didn't check it all but I did quickly open a couple of boxes at random.

The packaging is cute, though I wonder what the retailers think about it.

Casting quality is good.

The weapons are very much on the flimsy side. I doubt many of the AK barrels will survive gaming too long... clean and accurate but flimsy. And the Africans are really safe shooters, all the AKs have the selector on safe

Yes I know this is a taste issue. But I actually play with my models and don't like the AKs magically transforming into krinkovs after a couple of games...

There are some multipart models. (Well, at least I stumbled on one). There's a fit issue with mine, will need to bend the arms to make the connections meet.

All in all a very good first effort for a new company.

Thanks for the feedback. Being able to notice what the selector is switched to on the AK is a good indicator of the effort we have put into the guns.
Believe it or not, we've never broken or bent a gun playing a game, but future releases will have them made marginally thicker (for casting more than anything else).

Figures to occasionally distort slightly in the mould, which means they require some adjusent before assembly.

Look froward to seeing them painted!

Are the miniatures mailed in separate boxes? I ask because I have only received one of two sets so far.

Spectre are remaking some moulds because the castings were not coming out well.  
I received a note with my order that some items will follow later. 

Update 70 on Kickstarter says "Some of the figures had a couple of issues that we are rectifying in the moulds, so those of you missing models will get them asap - we just want to make sure everything is just right!" 

I think that they are Weapons Cache, The Mercenary, Delta Force Close Support, Witch Doctor and Supporters.
There may be some others too.

Hi Guys,

Really sorry if some of you haven't got them, but we have zero control over the postal service I am afriad. It took 3 weeks for a customer in Holland to get his and 7 days for another in the west coast of the US - so there doesn't seem to be much consistency.

If you both PM me with your KS details I'll look into when your order shipped, but there isn't much I can do until after the holidays now unfortunately.
