More old west MDF products.

During my surfing I came across two producers of some fitting MDF items for 28mm old west gaming. The first link (blotz.co.uk) make a couple of buildings, a windpump, gravestone markers and some indoor furniture (piano, church pews etc.)

The second link (war-bases.co.uk) have a couple of transports (hearse, hansom cab, stagecoach) and I'm tempted to buy the hearse...

On a somewhat related notice, I inquired at Knuckleduster about wagon drivers, due to someone mentioning that they bought some from them. No drivers at the moment, but seeing how many companies are churning out wagons, carts, coaches etc. they will soon make some driver figures as I pointed out that there are many kits, but sorely few drivers around :-).

Yeah someone had posted some Warbases stuff here and it looked mighty decent.  The other Blotz stuff looks okay, but is pretty damn expensive (the Saloon anyway) and looks of "eh" quality.  I'd like to see a proper review of one though.  I have to say, it's a damn good time to be a gamer.

PS: That Blotz company has some other nice bits though - a waterlined water wheel, some quay/docks, etc.  Not bad.

The War Bases vehicles look pretty good, and not too badly priced.  It was me that mentioned Knuckleduster by the way.  I'm hoping he will do some female wagon passengers.

What types of drivers would you like to see made?
Anything other than generic bloke sitting down?

Other than females, I think a guy riding shotgun would be useful for a stagecoach.

I bought the blotz wind pump the other day but haven't checked it out properly yet.

On the subject of "seated": a driver with a bullwhip, man in suit, farmer in dungarees and strawhat, female in dress, maybe children, because those could fill multiple roles, would be cool with shotgun messenger and a hearse driver too

I´ve checked Blotz co uk and the buildings are very nice.
The price seemed mutch the same as other manufacturers, so a little variety is welcome.

Warbases stuff is very nice, paleskin has their Block house and fort walls and a few of the supporting buildings. Good price too

I was indeed.
It seems that most bases are already covered, though....with driver types anyway.

I may still do some non-seated and more upright chaps and chapesses.

Maybe even consider a walking individual leading the wagon by hand?  (not for a stagecoach obviously, but a normal wagon)
