Robert, please don't post any additional pics during the current round, it's not allowed. I've edited your post with the supplemental photo.

Thank you for your feedback!

The 28 miniatures of the Arab Revolt are made by Artizan and Copplestone. Unfortunately the figures are not the best sculpted, they are a little bit simple… but I am a big fan of the story of Arab Revolt (and of course the “Lawrence of Arabia” topic). Years ago I traveled through Jordan (by camel), Syria and Israel and since then, were fascinated by the landscape, culture and the history. Thanks to the LPL, I managed to start this project. :D

@Steam Flunky: a very nice selection of miniatures and a brilliant paintjob! The squirrels are my favorites. :-*

Sorry, my mistake.
I know the rules about posting extra photos but i thought as this was the same photo in exactly the same size in the same thread, it would be OK as it was only to give some info about the manufactures and scale.
I was definatly not trying to give myself an unfair advantage.

Frank, you are being too critical of your brilliant entry. The flag alone is stunning, but I think those Arab Revolt figures are great too. The horses are particularly good - lovely animation brought to life by the paintwork. (Are those the original Artizan horses? They almost look like Perry models).

Ok, same info about the fae folk, this time without the photo :)
All figs 28mm scale unless otherwise stated.

From left to write:-
Hasslefree - Travelling Court of the Brownie King
Fenryll - Gnomes
War Fairy - Fairys (15mm)
De Agostini LOTR collectors figure - Galadriel (54mm)
Studio McVey - Pan
Dark Sword - Snail Cartographer
Fanticide - Brownie cavalry

The extra fairys on the base and shoulder of Galadriel are (possibly) Reaper.

I decided to use 54mm scale humans for this collection as nearly all fairy folk models in 28mm are much too big to fit in with 28mm scale humans. 54mm humans make all the small folk figures look more like the right size (at least all the fairys i usually see flying around at 3:00 in the morning after 1/2 bottle of Absinth are this small )  lol

Thank you Richard :) And yes, these are original Aritizan horses and really not this bad.

Dr.Mathias quickly orders a regiment of squirrel cavalry and has them sent next day air.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

With Frank entering El Aurens in this round with an armoured car in the background (a "big thing"), i am VERY curious what he is entering for round 10, the WW1 bonus round. Cant wait  ???
