Just IMNSHO, Khurasan Miniatures needs...

A line of historical figures covering the Victorian era for both Colonial and VSF games.  The closest I see are the Chaco War figures (q tad bit later but possibly usable) and the Manchu Chinese lines (the figures are usable into the Victorian era in some cases.)  The Mystri Island range is later but if it was larger and more human centric it would possibly qualify.


You can use Rebel Miniatures excellent figures but Khurasan has figures either significantly earlier or significantly later.  The ability to mix those figure lines is a tantalizing thought.
