Codename: "Jay" - Agent of IRES

I've been getting back into the swing of painting. Jay is the first terror that I would actually use as a normal league. I had a lot of fun painting him and his silly backwards tie.

Hahaha, that's the Columbo miniature. Perfect! I was wondering when someone would put him to good use.

Brilliant.  :-*

Terrific use of the 'Terror' profile, too.
Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

Also, I think that's the first time someone's posted a Terror League (as opposed to a Terror used purely as opposition). Seems like we were overdue for that!

Not Columbo,
More;

Castiel the Angel from the great TV show Supernatural
This goes in line with her Sam & Dean ala Moose and Squirrel from 1925 http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=67922.0

Forgive him, like me he's old and people like us are heavily biased towards our own generation because I was thinking more in line with... lol or even ...

I don't know... Avatar notwithstanding, at 35, I think I'm on the younger side of this board's demographic!

I watched a lot of syndicated reruns as a kid is all!  :D

... now I want to watch some episodes of the Rockford Files.

Nice  :)
Also I thought about Columbo, because I'm not familiar with the Supernatural TV show, but now that I see better: the picture of jay with some cats, he have some wings, so he is an angel ;)

Im 38.  I dont get the reference.  I havent seen many Columbo episodes, but I have seen enough to know that he probably wouldnt have 5D12 Brawl in my PA games.

My wife watches Supernatural.  Ill ask her.

I do like the idea of a trenchcoat wearing angel who likes cats in my PA games though.  Great idea :)

Well, Artizan's "not-" figures are mostly older references, with nothing later than the 70's, I think. Kelly's Heroes, Dick Dastardly, etc.

Supernatural only started in 2005 and I suspect that figure was actually sculpted before 2005.

Great mini, great paint!  Columbo was one of the smartest cop shows ever.  Brilliant the way every episode started with the crime and villain revealed.  Watching Falk unravel the scheme was great fun.  Never punched anyone though.  Not sure if he ever even ran!

Yeah, Columbo was not a physical guy, not by a long shot... But they say still waters run deep.

I should catch up on Supernatural, used to watch it years ago.

My references have been discovered! I definitely painted the miniature in mind with Castiel, my favorite character from the Supernatural TV show (which I highly recommend if you enjoy anything to do with the supernatural or classic rock).

Jay goes in line with the miniatures for Squirrel and Moose I just finished today. They are hunters aligned with Order of the Oganali. I'm also using them to test out the Duo perk and the new character type "Associates".
