Glad you like it. There are several Blandings set games on the Blog, either under the WWII label (1940) or the VBCW.
David

David, from a fellow Wodehouse devotee, I am going to have a look through now, just that one game is tempting me into VBCW! I particularly like the story and atmosphere you have created there, lovely stuff!  :-*

(The other thing that is tempting me is that I have recently purchased all the cricketers from Sloppy Jalopy and they are magnificent, I can just see them drinking in The Jolly Cricketers in Market Blandings after defeating the Much Matchingham XI).

 Butler: [Answering door] Yes?

Indiana Jones: [In Scottish accent] Not before time! did you intend to leave us standing on the doorstep all day? we're drenched

[sneezes in butler's face]

Indiana Jones: Now look, I've gone and caught a sniffle

Butler: Are you expected?

Indiana Jones: Don't take that tone with me my good man! Now buttle off and tell Baron Brunwald that Lord Clarence McDonald and his lovely assistant

[Drags Elsa towards him]

Indiana Jones: are here to view the tapestries

Butler: Tapestries?

Indiana Jones: The old man is dense, this is a castle isn't it? there are tapestries

Butler: This is a castle and we have many tapestries, and if you are a Scottish lord then I am Mickey Mouse!

Indiana Jones: How dare he?

[punches butler in face]

Oh Snappy,.....you got it bad.

So bad in fact gentian violet won't cure it.

"Collecting" has it's drawbacks though.  Precisely where is the line to "Hoarder" drawn?

Not that ol' SnapHappy hasn't already forged far past that point...

Is that a Brown Bess that Chekov's left over your mantel there, Snappy? Hard to see.

I love this forum...

That is a low ceiling. It looks like Snapcase Hall does not provide much headroom...look cosy however!  ;)

The advantage is that I can change the light bulbs by just reaching up, no need to stand on a chair!

I can do that too at Michi Manor, but that is contributed to a certain length of my body...
If I´d be supposed to do in Snapcase Hall, I suspect I have to do it on my knees by the look of it.  lol

I think you might have a problem here at Snapcase Hall, if you're tall! I'm only 5' 8" and I can walk through the doors without ducking, any taller and you'd be banging your head! People must have been smaller then when they built our house circa 1800.

6' 4"  :(

Are you sure that there is no grass on your roof and the door is not circular?

Michi

Snappy actually lives in a converted bread box.....
I think I will turn down the invitation to the next Regiment Reunion as it was to be held at Snappys....it would be a case of "off with his head" everytime I stood up or went through a door.
