Wargame Illustrated Gary Chalk Buildings

Can anyone supply me with a copy of the Gary Chalk Wild West Buildings from Wargames Illustrated please? 

 I foolishly lost my copy out when cleaning my house out last year and have no idea where I put it (if at all).

 I would also be interested in any other articles by Gary Chalk that can be useful for Wild West - I believe there are some Adobe ones too?
