I got my copy yesterday.
What a treat!

A wonderful book, chock full of glorious illustrations.
Plenty of good background fluff in there too, so this should provide plenty of inspiration.
 

Do not be put off by the Steampunk title either, if 'proper' VSF is your bag, as even the more extravagant ideas would transfer very well to a more 'traditional' setting.
All in all a great book, full of inspiration.
The really scary thing was, I even caught my missus reading it.
 

If VSF or Steampunk is your thing: Buy it.
You wont be disappointed.

I received my copy earlier this week and am very pleased with the way it is put together, the artwork and the descriptions of the different units and soldiers. I very good book for painting ideas, unit constructions, etc., etc. Well worth the money as far as I'm concerned.
