Wolfenstein
« on: August 03, 2008, 08:08:17 PM »
Just finished some Artizan Sturm battalion figures. Of course they had to be painted as guards from the computer game, Return to Castle Wolfenstein  :D

Added this guy from Mystic Spirals to them as well, not quite the same uniform but close enough for me..

Excellent stuff Auton.

I really love these minis, although it's a shame they only come in a few different poses. Artizan have just produced a commander, an MG42 gunner and another infantry variant in this range. Nice use of the Mystic Spirals mini, I may have to get that one.

You beat me to posting my painted ones with some conversions ( I'll make another post), although they do say great minds.....

Now where is my copy of Wolfenstein??

Very nice. I just recently started playing Return to Castle Wolfenstein. It was partially brought on from buying a number of these Artizan figures a bit a go. I was looking for some figures for the Elite Guard. So far the best choice is the She Wolves from Pulp Figures.

Check Mystic Spirals pulp range, there are a couple suitable figures there that I might have already  ;D

The figures for the 'Tannhauser' Board game are very "Castle Wolfenstein".  Shame they don't do singles from the Basic games.  The individuals are expensive too as they come with cards, counters and fluff.
