Feeding the addiction. Making a 1/56 T18
« on: July 21, 2014, 10:12:40 PM »
Like many, I've become addicted to World of Tanks...especially Blitz since you can play it anywhere...

My favorite tank is the Tier II T18.  Everyone complains it's overpowered, as you can one shot just about any tank in that tier with it. Which is what makes it fun to drive.

So...since I have an abundance of Stuart and other tank parts, tracks, guns, etc... I've decided to make a series of tanks that I use in the game for tabletop use!  That means that I will also make the T82, The American M2 tank, The T1 heavy tank and the Dicker Max...

First up, the T18.  It's a one piece new housing that fits over a modified M3A1 hull from our Company B spare box. Plenty of 75mm Pak howitzers around, so add one of those and we have a quick representation of this feisty little tank cracker.

Fun little build.

Up next...maybe the M2 or the T82...
