Thanks folks!

More Paul Muller fun with a few conversions to add to the cult:

This selection gives me some more ranged weaponry options, plus a nice Demagogue to lead them.

The shotgun is from a 40k Inquisitorial Agent. The Demagogue's weapons are from a modern 40k chaos cultist, whilst the head is from a Dark Fable Egyptian vampire. The familiar is unmodified.

As ever, more words and pics over at my blog.

The cult is beginning to look pretty imposing!

Well, it's not really a cult without a good number of minions is it? ;D

Thanks folks!

@Freddy - I'm a big fan of variations in size across a warband. Mixing in little guys and big guys is a lot of fun!

@Citizen Sade - ooh, I've missed him. Definitely need to pick him up!

The Heresy demonic familiars set are great Muller sculpts. Hard to choose one, but I think zombie Bagpuss is my favourite.

The skin tones on the newest set remind me of a Brom painting. Very nice :)

I've not been deliberately channelling Brom, but thank you!

A brief change of scene with another addition to my slowly growing slann force:

I needed this guy ahead of using the slann at the Lead & Steel event in Sheffield last weekend. Plans changed on the day though, and I didn't end up using the slann after all. Nonetheless, I'm pleased to have made and painted the figure. It's a simple weapon swap, adding a plastic conversion beamer to a fantasy slann in place of the original club.

That Conversion Beamer works really well. Good call to remove the small skull from the top too.

I'm usually not a fan of gold/bronze coloured metalics on weapons, but here it really works and the group looks more coherent because of it :)
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...
