The print patter is impressive and is in keeping with the early space elf style.

Amazing how you made this work. The Japanese touch on Eldar works perfectly. Bravo!

Glad you all like the conversion. I must admit, it's a joy working with Jes Goodwin Eldar and Elves - they're all a consistent scale and design - beautifully compatible!

A pair of random, unrelated figures to share with you today. First up is a fishdog (swamp hound from Four A Miniatures) I painted up to accompany my Piscean warrior (from the Space Riders Kickstarter):

Second is a new addition to my Eldar Void Pirates in my ongoing Inquisimunda campaign. I've tried to keep the Japanese theme that I used on the last Eldar, with the addition of a floral motif:

More words and pictures over at my blog.

Lovely brushwork.
 :-* :-*

I have that beasty and was going to use it for Strange Aeons, but I can see a new use for it now that you have posted this.

Very nice especially the Eldar hairdresser and his hairdryer of doom. "A quick blow dry sir? or just the usual Marine flat top cut?". The RT Eldar miniatures were cool.

Haha! :D You realise I'm not going to be able to look at his meltagun in the same way ever again!

And just what is that new use? :)

A Tracker hound for an alien huntsman I have in mind.

blimey ... it's all marvellous.

I do particularly like the dog and his handler - obviously brilliant sculpts to which you've done great justice.

It's been a little while since I last posted anything new here, but I've finished a new recruit for my Eldar Pirate warband ahead of a game tonight. Tal Newblade is a young, rash and brash Eldar (hence the more vibrant fashion sense!).

He's converted from 3 separate models (torso and bionic leg from one old Eldar, shuriken catapult from another, and the skirt element is from an Elf sorceress). Hope you like him!

Like him?
He is great!

Nice frock and great conversion, adding a layer of dynamism that a single piece casting does not allow giving him a great sense of depth.
Nice work.
 8) 8)

The band is really coming on now.
You must be doing well in your campaign.
