Thanks Mason :) The warband is doing pretty well, although not as well as the exceptionally dangerous Dark Eldar one ;)

Mega - I seem to oscillate between commenting on these here and on the ammo bunker. I love the Japanese floral aspect you bring to your Eldar. The warband look great together - your painting style is so consitant it managed to tie together a the disparate colours. Top.

I've made a little more progress with a new addition to the Eldar Warband - this time a Bonesinger to add some psychic support:

The figure is converted from a Rogue Trader Eldar trader, with a new helmet, robe, lute and feline familiar!

I always look forward to your creations, they never stop to amaze me  :D This one is lovely in character, though I'm not sure what his buddies call him behind his back...... lol

Wow stunning paint job, thanks for showing us the original figure because I never would have believed you otherwise .. I am still struggling to believe you made that, it looks perfect. :-* :-*

Thanks all! It's really nice to hear feedback about the conversion. I've been trying to do more and more sculpting, and I think I'm getting the hang of cloth ;)

Over at the Emporium of Rogue Dreams Facebook group, there's a fun little contest running to convert a version of the notorious smuggler and ne'er-do-well, Abdul Goldberg, referred to in several of the scenarios from the Rogue Trader rulebook.

Here's my version!

The figure is the old Citadel 2000AD/Rogue Trooper Traitor General model, with a head from an old Citadel Corsair of Umbar, and an added pet from Foundry.

More words and pics are over at my blog.

And a right dodgy geezer he looks too.
Rumour is he sold his granny for a bag of candy while still at pre-school, although he managed to blag a new one by the time he was expelled. The first time he was expelled, that is.....

Nice work.
A lovely characterful conversion and the armadillo is a really nice touch.

Thanks Mason. That Goldberg is a nasty piece of work, I totally agree. He once shut off the air vents in a plasti-steel factory to teach the workers a lesson. They all died, but they certainly learnt the lesson.

Anyway, here's a new figure I finished last night - this time a Navigator. He's based on the old Citadel Tanglebones from the Eternal Champion range. I added the pistol and cane, and sculpted his warp eye:

I have a spare one of those boys and was going to make a psyker out of him but I may well steal borrow that idea as he makes a perfect Navigator.

Excellent and imaginative conversions Axiom!  :-*

Of the ones I've seen on the Emporium, I think I like your Goldberg the most.
