I've been painting a few other things over the last couple of weeks, but this week it's something rather special! Gretchin (http://greenstuff-gretchin.blogspot.co.uk) converted up a wonderful Astropath from the old Warhammer Dogs of War character Hengus the Druid.

I was asked if I wanted to paint it...the obvious answer was of course 'Yes!'

Here's Gretchin's unpainted conversion. Note the repositioned arms and sculpted hand:

Here's the painted up version:

Thanks Gretchin for letting me paint him!

Great work! You're going to have to organise some kind of Astropath convention at this rate!

So that is how many Astropaths you've got now? Great conversion and great matching pj.

That looks very effective :)

It is great when a simple conversion gels together so nicely.

Great paint too :)

Love it - great conversion and your scheme for the astropaths is perfect. I also like seeing the yellow chap with the big hat in the foreground, that's one of my favourites of yours!

It is not a convention but a surgery for those with disturbed 'Pathic' tendencies!

Okay, okay, you win. You have the largest collection of astropaths.

And they look great!

I'm going to have to dig back through the thread, I think I missed a couple of them being unveiled.
