I took time out from the mutie project recently to do something completely unrelated by recreating a lovely but under-sized and crude early 1980s sculpt. The sculpt in question is the Star Lane Space Pirate girl from Citadel's 25mm Spacefarers range:

I converted up a later Citadel Barbarian/Norse model to hopefully give me the same character in 28mm scale and stylistically matching Rogue Trader era sculpts. Here's the unpainted conversion:

Thanks all! I think the original figure was a pretty standard quality of sculpt for the scale and era. I just like matching up to late 1980s sculpts as the quality markedly increased, but I can just about match it with my own sculpted elements

And I'm back with the scum/mutie cult with another weirdo. This guy is based on a Citadel Gothich Horror peasant. I added the rifle, pet (I like figures with pets) and holster.
