Thanks hubbabubba! I do love Paul Muller's sculpts!

Just for clarity, I didn't sculpt the scavvy face - it's a Milliput cast from another figure :)

I needed to get a few bits of scenery painted up for the weekend, so pulled out some Crooked Dice Junktown scrapwalls. Really happy at how these turned out given that it's a quick and dirty paint job, livened up with a bit of graffiti added with Posca paint pens.

Some of you may be familiar with the annual Oldhammer event, Bring Out Your Lead aka BOYL. It was held last weekend at Wargames factory and I had a fun time meeting up with folks and playing games, including fielding my cult gang in a game of Stargrave.

I added a new figure to lead the gang:

This is Upir the Underhive Leech, sculpted by Paul Muller as the BOYL event figure. I was very pleased to be able to get an advance casting and paint him up to use with the rest of the cultists.

That's a cool figure. And your paintjob ties him in perfectly with those ghoul kings too!  8)

Oh my days, that's excellent - what a sculpt! And your paintjob is the icing on the cake.

I've never managed to make it to a BOYL, I'd love to one day, to see a bunch of the CCM folk in person who I've interacted with online for ages. Life just keeps getting in the way.

Thanks folks!

@Belligerentparrot it is worth attending. I've made many friends via BOYL over the years, as well as enjoying loads of gaming!

What if Bob Olley had designed the SW rebel commandos? We might have had something like this:

Start of a new group, primarily comprised of Bob's Iron Claw space pirates with a few additions. First up, three space pirates:

And a big alien (from Killer B Games):
