Mayhem Mass battle as a skirmish game...

After last week's Mayhem game, one of the guys asked "why couldn't this be a skirmish game?".
Why not? A stand of troops just becomes a single mini.

Mayhem as a skirmish game? I think it would work pretty well.

Looks like you had a great game. I especially love it when a summoning spell goes wrong like that. It makes for a great story and is always a good time.

I especially like what you did with the leader/leadership rules. I think a version of those changes just may find a way into the skirmish version [if one is being worked on of course]. I'll make sure to give credit for the inspiration.
