It's an easy shot to equate 'rules' with 'pedantry'. I'm not sure you would be so happy with this forum if we threw away all the rules and just let nature and creativity take its course...

Conflating my support for Plynkes flexible approach with a desire for anarchy is disingenuous of you, Capt B. I don't come to LAF for stick slinging, but to enjoy seeing great models, terrain etc.

On which note, some lovely additions to the club :-)

And conflating my perfectly reasonable support for the simple rules of this fun little group project with 'tight arses constraining creativity' and 'pedantry' was disingenuous of you. And a tad disproportionate?

Anyway, back on track - I like the sniper. Nice groundwork.

I'm sorry that you took the juxtaposition I set against how plynkes had actually run the club to date as aimed at you.

It wasn't: you were not mentioned in that post nor was it about you.

Given your own creative approach to this hobby, I'm surprised that you thought it could be. That said, my apologies again that you took it so.

Dr The Viking, however, deserves to be flogged  lol

Sorry, I do not have the slightest appreciation for forum moderators who abuse their peer position for acting out personal feuds. Even if they painted like Michelangelo...
But maybe You would like to show us a bit more of the bottom drawer, Michael?  8) 8)

No 88 Great War Miniatures Grenadier HMG

No conversions on this model but for a swap of the commander which I painted as an officer.

All the best,

Helen
