Great new entries!

Especially the sniper is nice I think.

Dr The Viking, however, deserves to be flogged  lol

I liked it better when you were busy throwing advanced words at each other.  ;D

I'm really liking these last few entries.

The 18pdr is ace, and the Belgian HMG team - I hadn't realised how similar to the german uniforms were some of the belgian ones - you tend to see photos of the chaps in the top hats.

No 90 - Great War Miniatures Belgian High Command

Well, they are in a sort of way. Using the Great War Miniatures French High Command I swapped heads with some Belgian Officers to make these lovely chaps available until Dave A designs them at some point in the future.

Can usually get away at this point with the officers as they tend to do their own thing with uniforms. However, I have closely look at these two miniatures as suitable for Belgian officers.

Officer on the left is from the 1st Chasseurs a cheval.

Officer on the right is from the infantry Line regiment.

All the best,

Helen

excellent work!
I just got these myself and am very impressed with the sculpting improvement. Compared with the older french from GWM, they almost look like from a different sculptor

They are, Aly did most if not all of the earlier ones, Dave has done the command group.

Thank you all for your kind words.

I look forward to Dave A designing additional miniatures for the early period.

hm, maybe this is the right place and time to ask this question:
Ever since GWM released this set I wondered what kind of officer this specific one with the Attila-style jacket could be.
I know he has to be a senior officer, because the patrol jacket is very old-style, and he was first painted up as such, very much the way that some old photographs show certain generals - Foch or Joffre for instance.
But I was wondering what kind of officer he could represent otherwise? light cavalry colonel? or maybe even spahi?

could anyone tell please?
