I think the new ones are to different in scale/proporstions to mix with the ninjas from the Superfigs line. Same goes for the Infinity guys

Talon Games did one called "Cry HAVIC" 10+ years ago or so with minis contracted from Reaper if I recall. One side was mecha-samurai and included a decent sized robo-dragon, among other things. I seem to remember regular-sized models with a katana and a rifle, and a beefier one with a naginata.

I think there are some power-armour samurai in the superfigs range as well. They'll be a relatively cheap option of you can find them.
