I like that! Generous reward tiers too compared to some!

Very cheaply priced. Hope they can fulfill that.

I'll need more than a single picture of a so called "classic" (in regard to GW standards ?) orc to put money on this one.

Just spotted the link to my kickstarter, so cheers  joshuaslater, the thinking behind the project is I like GW orcs but too fiddly to build I prefer metal and lets be honest for plastic they seem a trifle pricy,  because I don't have massive overheads I can keep the costings down, they will be going up a bit when they are listed on my website, but I figure you guys are backing me so you get preferential prices, unlike some kickstarts the range doesn't exist without the backing (don't understand someone listing an entire range of greens showing you they exist, but then want you to back them to get them made, I must be missing something) As soon as I had a couple of pledges I got the first Orc made and you can see a picture of him, (without his shield) and now there has been more pledges I have told him to get on with a batch, so should have more pictures next week.
Anyway thankyou for your support and comments Kieven

Bear in mind, you have to pay someone else to do the sculpting, but can do the moulding and casting yourself...
Some others do the sculpting themselves, but need the KS backing to pay someone else to mould and cast...
Both are legitimate uses of crowdfunding, just different ways of approaching it.

I'll probably be jumping in on yours though - I need more orcs, and these remind me of the old Harboth's RoR, which is a good thing!

Hi Lancer, I really like the look of these guys. A little hunched and "neckless", perhaps, but quite charming. I'll pledge after pay-day.

Ignore the dullard comments on tabletopgamingnews, these look different enough in my eyes. Somewhere between Nick Lund and the earliest Brian Nelson Orcs, if you ask me. I might even mix them in units to try and bridge the gap, if that makes sense!

One thing, is it possible to update the "main" page with new photos? I know I've skipped through kickstarters without bothering to check the updates. Those seeing just one orc mightn't bother checking.

Cheers Zoggin, I know they wont appeal to everyone, but to be honest that's just as well or we would all own the same army, now wouldn't that be boring. Me personally I love em and cant wait to add them to my army, all going well my entire army will be able to be done from my own figure range (I don't pay myself wages I take new shiny things). Look forward to your pledge, and quick question, leather shield or wooden?.
Also need 20 names of orcs not used by any other company, but that can wait for the moment.

I quite like both shields. The leather looks better though, and to me is less common (as in, I have tons of spare plastic GW goblin wooden shields that I could use, but no round leather ones).
