And the next ones.

Two bretonian metals used as highlanders (again).
1 halberdier officer with halberd removed and shield glued. Rest is painting.
The other also a halberdier had the same removed, hands drilled and a spear glued. Rest is painting.

Next one is a norman archer from BTD with extensive green stuff items added.
The left one is an original so you see the items added.

a plastic ex-Gondor Ranger bowman from The excellent Lord of the ring (perry's sculpting) range of GW.

turned into a Donjon & dragon assassin/thief for my son.

The hand crossbow is coming from a heroclix ninja. The arm with sword is a Morord plastic Orc. The back sword scabbard is made with a bit of lead take off from a 28 figurine base, and shaped into a scabbard with a cutter.

"Garanty without Green stuff", Re-animator approved !

Some conversions added.
Miniatures from fireforge with west wind metal heads and a mix of plastic ones.
More to come soon.

Very nice (and clever) as usual Rui.  :)

Hello Eric

These miniatures are to game Song of Blades and Heroes but with a "historical" favor.
Basically something like the Barons Wars in England at the 13th century.
Probably i will add a kind of a wild tribe like vikings but with a lot of furs.

Hi Rui

Nifty conversion skills being exhibited here  8)

My favourites are the Norman archer and of course the more recent Fireforge work  :-*

From your comments your project seems to be taking something of an Imagi-Nation route.  Is this right? If so did GoT inspire you? I certainly succombed to recreating the medieval period as I want to rather than as it 'strictly' was!  lol
My LAF Gallery is HERE
Minis (foot & mounted) finished in 2025 = 74
(2024 = 38; 2023 = 151; 2022 = 204; 2021 = 123; 2020 = ???)

Well, GOT is always inspiring Steve but not the real inspiration.
This is an idea i´ve had several years ago and never trully completed.
By seing your thread i just gave it a go and transformed a few more figures to it so actually the real inspiration to pick it again was you and your project.
By no means i intend to do the same but something similar involving a castle with interiors, smaller than yours and a kind of GOT war with several factions.
I was hoping to see James casttle ready but not yet... :D
No fixed scenario.
I will try to give it a more historical favor rather than fantasy.
