Didn't Heresy used to do Thrudd the barbarian as well - I always thought that this was Andy's take on a similar sort of concept. You can get smaller Boris' though.

Andy is a great guy to deal with and one of the most genuine blokes around in this hobby, really deserves for this KS to succeed. I love the Heresy sculpts so will be backing this one.

Have to say though; the hands on that new JAGU Boris sculpt....

I'm testing the waters with Kickstarter before running a large campaign next year for plastics. I want to resurrect my monsters in resin and to do it I thought I'd use this Kickstarter thing that everyone has now. The idea is that the KS stuff will ship at the end of January, ie post-dragon, because I'll still be spending the rest of this year getting all those out first, so don't worry, Dragon-queuers, you are still dominating my life. If I can raise enough funds, maybe I can even hire a new Minion and really get things moving, or close the shop for a bit and concentrate on just casting dragons and making the  production moulds for the kickstarter stuff!

The plan is to resurrect as many of the Classic large monsters that I have made since 2002 in as few chunks of resin as possible, as opposed to the rather jigsaw like nature of them when they were in metal. I've tried to resist altering them as much as possible, but any tweaks are very much for the better, to help them fit together or cast more reliably and so froth. Or to make me not cry when I look at their enthusiastic anatomy attempts from my early days in the business.

I'll let everyone know by newsletter, twitter, facebook and on here when the Kickstarter launches, be aware there are a handful of minorly cheaper Early Bird offers for the first couple of dozen people.
Once it's launched, please let anyone who might be interested know on any forums you're on.:assimilate: A lot of people have pestered me about getting hold of a Netherlord over the years and this will be their only chance! Wouldn't want them to miss out, the campaign will only run for a couple of weeks! :charge:
