A little amusement to mark a milestone

As this is my 5 thousandth - 5K - post (still find that hard to believe  ) I thought I would mark the occasion with a 5K quiz. Five questions whose answers all start with "K". To be make it a little more testing the questions require a bit more thought to get there.
