rorkes drift water cart

Hi I am looking for a water cart like the one used at Rorkes Drift .I sent for the 4 Ground add on set which shows one and when It arrived it wasn't in the set there was different wagon instead ? ,so i sent an email enquiring if it was mistake or could I even buy one separately and 4 ground have not bothered responding so does any one know of another manufacturer in 28mm that does one . Any help much appreciated .

I got a single horse limber from Irregular I think and a separate barrel- mount one on t'other and it did it for me!
