Beautiful! Must do an Ironclad order soon....

Do not resist!!

Its a shame they got slaughtered at their first engagement with the Prussians at Horsell Common as they are rather nice. ;)

We should tell our readers it turned into a suicide mission thanks to your bright idea  ;)

Those look really nice,  THe painting is exceptional.  A verry big well done that man.
Looks like something else I now need to add to my ever expanding shopping list.
How do those figures compare in scale to other figures, i.e. Foundry or Renegade?

They measure up just fine to Redoubt but a bit chunkier and they are a tad taller than Renegade but nothing to write home about. I use Renegade early WWI figures as Prussian marines.

I'd better get painting!!

Oh yes! There's a lot more where they came from. You should see the leviathan they'll be arriving in!
Don't!

Some really nice work here. I like the Ironclad stuff and hope the range keeps growing. What other British units do you have painted?

I've only really started work on the Brits in the last couple of months. Until then I'd been concentrating on Prussian units so Malamute and I could get some gaming done. Anyway, so far I have two units of Brits painted up, one Ironclad Miniatures and one Redoubt. I've just finished a lightning gun with crew and a land steam ram (I'll get some pics up soon). I'm now working on a Scheltrum Miniatures gas gun squad which I'll use as shock troops. Have a look at this link, they are towards the bottom of the page (now that's what you call a flame thrower and I've got a whole unit of 'em!):

I'm intending to triple the size of the Brit force by the end of the year. Units will include Royal Marines and Guards with the unbiquitous contraptions to compliment them.

Now, what was the question.......  ;)
