Tell me - what did you use as the grass on your boards, was it towel? And how do you make it stick properly?

Probably not, as I'm not so keen on the figures for the rebels myself.

Phil made the boards for me. Green towelling and teddy bear fur oversprayed with car colours ~ Racing Green and Yellow I think ~ and its all stuck down with PVA, the proper stuff not the school variety!

Very nice terrain and figures. My cloth is faux fur, I really like the look of the towels and will have to add some as fields.

Thanks for the encouragement, Folks! Much appreciated. I have completed another French Infantry battalion this month and also the third gun for the foot artilery battery, a second 12lber.
