Looks pretty cool, and the exo-frame helps to "justify" the bulkiness of the sculpt.

Your paintjob is lovely... But the model surface looks pretty rough though -  gritty as well as print lines?  :?

Again, lovely stuff.   ;D

I am struggling to find the parts on the Anvil site though.  Ok found the head, but not the legs?
Gods, monsters and men,
Will die together in the end.

Usual brilliant paintwork, I'm snapping my brushes as I type...  ;)

But the model surface looks pretty rough though -  gritty as well as print lines?  :?

Isn't that just it being a photo four times the size?

Dunno - hence my question. I will say that dwartist's stuff is usually very smooth regardless of the photo size, so I'm wondering if these are rushed copies of a hastily-cleaned print.

As I said originally, the paintjob is lovely, and my question is not a criticism of his work.

there are areas on the casting that aren't perfect but that might be just the one I received. The rest of the minis I received are virtually flawless. Large format photos don't do the figure any favours - the 'flaws' visible in the enlarged photos are not apparent when viewed with the naked eye.

No worries, just know that happens to mine all the time. The downside being my pjs aren't a touch on Dwartist's.  ;)

Great paint Dwarist, fav scheme of the ones you've posted so far.

Not keen on the range so far though, I like the aesthetic, very similar to the illustrations in the Tomorrows war rulebook, but they're way too chunky for my taste, same awkward proportions as GW's plastic imperial guard

How the hell is he supposed to draw his pistol?

Great pj as usual. Reminds me of the Edge of Tomorrow movie. Which was actually good, despite Tom Cruise.

Thanks, H. I'm not a fan of 'heroic' scale but these are nice enough to ignore my own general rule re: proportions! I did wonder about the position of the pistol holster - maybe he uses it if he has to ditch the exo suit.

Yep, me too - saw the movie Monday - I thought it was pretty good.
