That's just sick! You'd have to scoop out their little guts and skin them.

There were  some very  cheap platic cars cars from the Speed Racer movie , they were easy to convert to grav cars. Think this is 1 of them

they glove like rabbits and the guts are the size of a 10c piece. Cant see what all the fuss is over myself.

off topic- there is a show on telly at the moment where 13 english blokes get put on a tropical island and have to survive. Seeing 13 big boofy blokes act like hand wringing opera fans over gutting a fish.... Now I get it. In London catching your own dinner is not very common. That being said, by god n thunder its not a bloody good look to be having when you have to do it.

 lol lol
Fair do's....

I bet you couldn't handle the opera the way they do, though!

Not exactly the best effort and certainly not as good as bought items , but these were done years ago on the morning of a sci fi game to be held that afternoon . I got at least half a dozen done in about an hour and they  have looked fine for our games as simple terrain pieces . Just glue on some random  bits , spray them with some cheap auto paint, add some detail numbers and fancy stripes  and wear and tear and good to go . The screws at the bottom have since been replaced with some clear plastic rod to make them "hover" . Its easier and looks better if you separate the two halves  and spray the pieces  separately , so the two halves look like they were actually assembled  in a factory ( like a car if that makes sense ? )  cheers Tom apologies if the images are too big

make me watch the opera and I will be wringing my hands like those lads were. The closest I have ever got to opera was fishing of the opera house and that was close enough for me.

I enjoy the opera and have been gutting fish since pre-school.  Renaissance man I tell you.  ;)

Testudo:  Those are the best mouse (mice?) cars I have seen yet.  Nice work for a morning!

Just to set the record straight: I have a liking for opera, and have no objections to slaughtering or gutting any animal, fish or whatever, if needs be.
And I am from London.
 :D

Oh, and: Yes. they are great cars.

I cant handle opera or musicals or anything along those lines. Not even a massive fan of live music and much prefer a clean recording any day.

I wish that 2000AD had predicted the end of all musicals.
They got so much else right, why did they not do it?

Andy: Mousies are the way to go, mate.
Give it a go, the results will be great, you know they will.

Really?

Is this connected to next year's BLAM in any way....?

If it is we should try to make our games 'look' compatible as my effort for next year also involves MC-1*.
 ;)

*And Hannah Montana, of course.
 :D

Ohhhh,  are we now? I wasn't planning on doing this for BLAM, but if you're doing something I might be able to contribute? I don't think I've got anything to contribute on the Hannah Montana front though!! :o

Ps I also have have some have judge dred figures
What's with all the Dave's?
Cheers
Dave

If you don't want them I could paint them up?  :D

That's just sick! You'd have to scoop out their little guts and skin them.

That's just not right Steve!!! lol

Good idea Dexter. What size are they bud?

@  Testudo Maximus- an hours worth of work?!?! They look cracking for that!  :o Love the colour schemes!

@ Mason- I think I if I tried using mice, my versions would end up looking like Antenocities sports cars! I've tried something with foam and GS ill see how that goes mate!

[Re: Antenociti vehicles]
.....but I don't like the sports cars! There's something not quite right about them. Too cartoony maybe?

Ignoring the spoilers and exposed engine parts, they look back-to-front to me.  The front of a car - especially a sports model - is usually streamlined at a tighter angle than the rear, but Antenociti's are the other way round.

I do like the City Car and the Taxi, though.

It always looked a bit small for a police car, but this old Greandier Grenadier (!) model would do nicely as a personal runabout.

These cars look like the ones from your opening post:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1628235004/sci-fi-traffic-hazards-28mm-vehicles-for-the-futur

Although the kickstarter failed, you can get them by mailing the owner:

I have five of them, and I really like how they look. The casts were good too.
