28mm Nationalist Chinese
« on: 19 October 2014, 04:47:34 PM »
Dose anyone know a company that makes a decent range of KMT Chinese from the second Sino-Japanese war? I've already got a large number of Copplestone casting Warlord Chinese and some figures from pulp miniatures Yangtze gangs range as well, but I'm having trouble making the shift in to full on Sino-Japanese war with them (especially the lack of an adequate LMG figure).

I wasn't sure If I should post this here or in the WW2 section.

You might try Brigade Games for the German-equipped (and trained) units:

Reiver Castings have started a range

Brigade games do some including an LMG team

and there was a guy on here a few years back who started a small company that did some Ventric Japanese sculpts but the name eludes me

Either but not both is fine... and as I have a passing interest in the topic, definitely here.  ;)

Reivercastings models look good but does anyone know what size they are supposed to be?

I have seen them two weeks ago when I was at Reiver Castings
There are 28mm.
They should be released soon.
I will wait till York, the range will be more complete then.

What is York, if you don't mind me asking, and how long of a wait are we talking?

these are true 28mm about the same size as old Foundry figures
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.
