The model is indeed the
Hasbro Star Wars Hero Series kit.
The detail panels are supplied as stickers. There are already aftermarket kits for the model to fix this and some other bits (e.g. cockpit too short). They're resin, and I'd have to get them from the US, so the chances are I won't bother.
They are discussed more fully on
this thread(*) from the Starship Modelers forum. There are also some conversion parts available from
Shapeways. One thing to be careful of with the Shapeways bits is that there are also conversions for a 1:144 scale Falcon in the shop. If the part looks too cheap, it's probably the smaller scale
@Brandlin - the robot arm is part of the
Briony, Cybertechnician set from the Reaper Chronoscope range.
@Stepman3 - the cockpit is an interesting question. It looks a bit small for my liking (the Starship Modeler thread talks about this). It's not unusably small, just looks like it would be rather cramped, especially if you're sharing it with a Wookie
. I'll try and get a picture with the figure against the cockpit.
(*) You'll need to join the forum to see the thread, sorry about that. However, it's a forum well worth joining, even if you only lurk (like I do)
