Do you want to know the german Word for Banjo or the german equivalent of a Banjo? That would be, in case of the Azenhubers, a "Zupfinschdrumentle".

just to be clear here
and as someone from northrhinewestphalia i have to point out that
thats not german thats bavarian or some other heavy accent
and the rest of us do not use that worrd....  

i think the best compairsion would be normal english and a tick texan accent

i think " Klampfe" would suit it also
as its kind of a vulgar dismissive word for everything with strings

Painting stuff like this makes really fun, it doesn't take that much time and it looks nice on a board. I definitely need more of such little things.

Fantastic looking stuff. I especially love the coffin and the book. Things like this gives a table a lot more character...still want to buy and paint more small things too.
