Thanks for the fantastic feedback.

Re Use: Replacing the high Persian fur hat with a turban would make nice Indians or Afghans out off them. The guns got introduced in the mid18th century and were in use for more than 100 years.  The Jezzail/Amusette kind of version is an afghan thing from what I know.

Recoil: Small charge, less ramming

Availability/variants more Persians: Again I wasn't even sure if this will go beyond prototyping. Persians really are obscure and I'd need to make sure I don't invest serious cash into something that doesn't provide me with some sort of roi.
I might host a crowd-funding campaign with very low starting bid, then I see where this goes.

Cheers

An alternative gunner would be great. They were still using camel guns in India during the Mutiny.

alternative Miniature will come. I might add 2 spare heads with turbans to make Afghans or Indians.

Good to know. I was already pondering with introducing this Amusette. Thank you for posting that.

Does anyone have any details of the composition of the Russians in Persia? I'm thinking about using the Brigade Games figures for the Russian line infantry, but I'm not sure whether or not to get some chasseurs as well.

Edit: the wikipedia article on the Battle of Ganja says musketeers, grenadiers, chasseurs, cossacks, tartars and dragoons.
