I just love the whole set up - the composition is great, the figure selection and painting is sublime, the scenic elements create a visual treat. Can I request another 10 in this theme so I can make a calendar please? Preferably with a snowy one for December ;)

I'm almost sure it's the Perry Rhodan Marco Polo Spaceship, from Revell  :)
I think you're right, that should be it.

yup it is - I stumbled across mine in the loft a few weeks ago - I'd completely forgotten I'd bought it.

It's rather depressing that there are probably as many minis in this one scene as I painted in the whole of last year, and these are so much better than mine it's just not fair  :'(

Sure,  I can do that if you promise to bring out at least ten further Colony 87 waves  ;) :D

Great stuff! Who makes the battle robot (the one you say is from some chap on FB)?

some pictures of my last LPL entry, being about 40K universum and one of the most interesting parts of it, the Genestealer Cult..Looks like, as many, I'm also not completely immune to this special bug :)

All superb! So much to take in, but I especially like the colours on the Ogryn-stealer hybrid.

With your sensitive choice of colours you achieve a beautiful mood in the overall shot.

Ganz großes Kino, if the others forgive me the german phrase, as I know no english phrase that comes near it.

Absolutely stunning, Alex.
What a way to finish off the LPL season.
 :-* :-*

The best 'Stealer Cult that I have seen.

It is also good to see that you are not immune to the call of the Cult either.
