Looks like a great conversion so far. I would second that she could use a few purity seals. How could a 40K pilgrim bash their foes without having their prayers and scripts about them?

I echo Mason on the shield chipping plus maybe some additional real damage on it?

Oh, and that arco-mutie looks great as he is, too much of pipes and tubes would detach him too far from the "spirit" of the team and make him more suitable for some AM sect, IMHO.

Agree, good idea, some purity seals are a must-have. Will do.

Apart from that, nice pose and the scratches on the pauldron look quite good even now. You could also add some small pouches on the belt - I've got a ton of those going spare if you need them.

I've already tried it with a canteen, see the photo below. It seemed to be too much. I think a knife there would be appropriate for a pilgrim. Also I've decided to remove the plasma gun and going with something more conventional.

A canteen would be fine, just not the uber-canteen that comes with IG.  Do you have access to any canteens or pouches from historical minis.  The addition of a stub or auto pistol would be good.

If you're located in the USA, I could send you a canteen and and a RT/2nd edition plastic autopistol.  If you're in the UK, I'll do it for the cost of shipping.

Good suggestions with the replacement of plasma pistol, stub gun indeed fits her better. And that GW canteen is way too big. Have you tried a German WW2 era gas mask container thingy there instead, 1/48 scale size should be better than 1/35 one.
If you are in need of pouches and bits, I have lots of spare from Eisenkern troopers, happy to send you after Xmas hopis a pile of them
