Zombicide zombie cards

I bought a box of Zombicide zombies in the summer - an expansion set. I can't remember the name of the set - I threw the box away. It has 3 very large female zombies if that helps. Anyway, having no intention of buying Zombicide, I gave the accompanying cards away. However, I've now bought the game for my son's Christmas present and I thought I'd give him the extra box of zeds after painting them. But presumably, he would need the cards to use them? I don't know the game myself.

So the question is - can the cards be obtained separately?

If so, no need to buy extra cards. These are standard Zeds and can be put on the board like the ones coming with the core game by use of the standard cards.
