" Ronin " Hood....Ronin Hood...

So while having the other set worked on in the Medieval Era and having a soft spot for Asian games and Rpg's, i decided to get these done..Take a look and let me know your thoughts on them whilst they are still sketches.

First we have the hero's:

1) “Roban” the Hood. The young one time lord returned to his lands and finding it governed by a corrupt Governor. He carries his Yumi and his grandfathers Daisho



2) Mariako. Our heroine, she has run away from the court to join her beloved in the forests and uses her healing skills and kindness to help the peasants who they defend.



3) “ Little” Jo’ho. Since returning home, Roban has met up with the leader of the bandits living in the surrounding forests, a giant of a man by the name of Jo’ho. It amuses the men to call him little.



4) Tuku, the Monk. A rotund man, with many vices such as drink and food. A sake gourd hangs around him never far from his lips.

Fantastic idea 

All the traditional Robin Hood senarios can be used for this along with new ones

Well just working on names and such for the map so feel free to drop suggestions down for anything you think of, at the moment we have the great forest of Shu Wud

Lovely idea. The idea of a Norimono being held up in the forest is something I would like to see

Consider that one adapted The Norimono Clan as bad guys it is.

As a fat greedy tax collector type i thought this would suit



Have the two main villains being worked on so these are early types that will probably find their place elsewhere unless people think they suit.

Lord Oyu Rotta, The Governor of Norhigan, Ruling the Ronin’s lands on behalf of the Prince he serves with utter contempt and loathing for those beneath him.



Gytio of Gizboko. His ruthless henchman. He controls the governors men, His clothing emphasises his build and power.

Very good indeed although might I humbly suggest the name of Shi-Woda for the forest as it's more in keeping with the Japanese language style

Nice idea.
Drawings are lovelly and an idea of a robin hood in japan seems very interesting.
Some samurai in their day clothes would also be welcome.
